The steel carbon cabinets with electrostatic paint are weather-resistant, allowing the equipment to be installed outdoors.

Complete with water reservoir, pump, and non-corrosive hydraulic circuit, these units operate with a temperature adjustment range of 5°C to 25°C for the tubular coil and 7°C to 25°C for plate heat exchangers.

The refrigerant fluid used can be R410A or R407C, both eco-friendly.

The new PLC controllers with exclusive cooling capacity control ensure greater energy savings, operational safety, better process temperature stability, as well as reduced risk of failures and breakdowns.

The units also feature a decimal temperature adjustment of 0.1°C and an incredible control precision of ± 0.6°C (with variation of ± 0.3°C) under nominal operating conditions, with process load varying between 65% and 95% of the equipment’s cooling capacity.

In addition to all the advantages mentioned above, this upgrade significantly impacts the increase in the equipment’s lifespan.
